Botlikh Radio Plant, Limited Liability Company was created on June 29, 2016 in keeping with the instruction concerning the development of the radio-electronics industry in the territory of the North Caucasus Federal District that was given by D. O. Rogozin, Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation (Instruction No. RD-P7-790 of February 11, 2015 to the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation (D. V. Manturov), the Ministry of North Caucasus Affairs of the Russian Federation (L. V. Kuznetsov), and Rostec (S. V. Chemezov)).

In terms of industry affiliation, the enterprise is accountable to the Department of Radio-electronics Industry of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation. Its main objects are to manufacture electronic devices and apparatus designed for various applications, to install and assemble electronic units designed for various applications, to assemble printed circuit boards using through-hole-mount, surface-mount, and mixed-mount technologies, and to assemble multitap harnesses consisting of wires with various insulation types (PVC, PE, PTFE, PA, etc.).

The company owns facilities occupying a total area of 49,590 sq. m and an additional 253,246 sq. m of land, including: 524 sq. m in total facilities area in Makhachkala, 47,866 sq. m in total facilities area and an additional 243,634 sq. m of land in Buynaksk. and, additionally, 9,612 sq. m of land plus facilities occupying a total area of 1,200 sq. m which are controlled by the Company’s Volgograd branch office. In addition, the company owns training and testing equipment which it uses for inspecting and configuring its products. The company has five active branch offices:

  • 1. Volga Radio Plant – a branch office of Botlikh Radio Plant, OOO in Volgograd;
  • 2. Rostov Radio Plant – a branch office of Botlikh Radio Plant, OOO in Rostov-on-Don;
  • 3. St. Petersburg Radio Plant – a branch office of Botlikh Radio Plant, OOO in St.-Petersburg;
  • 4. Moscow Radio Plant – a branch office of Botlikh Radio Plant, OOO in Moscow;
  • 5. Stavrovo Radio Plant – a branch office of Botlikh Radio Plant, OOO in Stavrovo, Vladimir Oblast.
